Commercial incentives (checked September 26, 2026)
- San Francisco: CleanPowerSF's EV Charge SF program offers up to $120,000 per project for commercial and multifamily (5+ units) properties. Enrollment and a signed incentive agreement are required before construction.
- San Mateo and Santa Clara counties: we could not confirm an open commercial charger rebate from WestLight Energy (formerly Peninsula Clean Energy), Silicon Valley Clean Energy, or Silicon Valley Power. Please contact your utility for current programs.
- PG&E: PG&E's Multifamily Housing and Small Business EV Charger Program (EV Charge Network) is fully subscribed and no longer accepting applications.
- Federal 30C tax credit: The federal 30C credit's end date under the 2025 federal budget law is June 30, 2026, so businesses should not plan on it for new installs. Please confirm your situation with a tax professional.
